Job Description

This is a busy and varied position working within a fast-paced environment. It’s a great role for you to use your communication and organisational skills within, where you can build and develop strong relationships and help to push the business forward


· Updating the CRM ensuring the information is accurate and reliable
· Ensuring the customer experience is positive and product improvements are captured and shared with team
· Gathering and documenting business processes, and advising on future improvements
· Managing the development and customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs and requirements
· Acting as the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, offering daily support to super users and commercial team members, and ensuring best practices through Definition Handbooks, Quick Start Guides, and user training
· Analysing and monitoring data quality and segmentation opportunities, ensuring all data feeds comply with GDPR
· Onboarding and managing students & their studies
· Build of qualification content & material
· Assisting with student interaction, supporting to help them complete their qualification/course and provide excellent customer service
· Providing progress reports where required

Skills Required

· Experience using CRM systems and Data analogy
· Ability to represent data accurately
· Experience with Learning Management Systems
· Adept at business requirement analysis with a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery
· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Excellent attention to detail
· Plans, organises and schedules in an efficient manner, focuses on key priorities
· Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
