A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled junior marketer to work on a full-time basis or a more experienced marketer to work part time, for a sporting organisation, which is also a registered charity.
The marketer will be responsible for all marketing and communications within the organisation.
This will be a remote working role, however there will be occasional travel throughout Surrey.
· Create, manage and execute monthly newsletters
· Maintaining the website
· Maintaining the social media presence (Currently Instagram, Facebook and X) and exploring alternative channels such as YouTube.
· Communications with stakeholders throughout the region for tournaments, competitions and events
· Increase member database
· Attract corporate sponsorship, as this is currently untapped.
The individual will need to be self-sufficient as direct supervision will be limited and standard hours will be varied as a number of contacts can only be engaged after a “normal” working day.
The role will allow a high level of innovation and freedom of expression as the “product” is dynamic and diverse.
Subject to performance review a further 12-month renewal is possible.
