This is an exciting role working for a well-established digital marketing agency with an excellent reputation and reach. The position suits someone who has worked in a digital marketing agency and thrives on building strong client relationships
You will enjoy being the main point of contact and take pride in delivering clear, regular updates that help clients feel confident in their campaigns. You’re proactive, positive, and not afraid to get stuck in when deadlines are tight. You’re confident leading meetings, managing client expectations, and working with SEO, PPC and UX teams to align on KPIs and strategy within a supportive, fun environment
Your role will involve:
Acting as the first point of contact for all marketing clients
Leading onboarding and discovery sessions for new projects
Supporting SEO, PPC and UX teams in setting KPIs and building campaign strategies
Running monthly reporting calls and quarterly strategy reviews
Keeping clients informed on progress via email, video and in-person updates
Identifying and addressing client issues to improve satisfaction and retention
Working with internal teams to manage workload, budgets and timelines
Monitoring campaign performance and spotting opportunities to scale results
Reviewing and approving marketing outputs for quality and accuracy
Communicating updates and outcomes to senior management
Collaborating with the sales team to provide relevant campaign data
Raising web requests in line with client needs and priorities
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Agency or client-facing marketing experience
Strong grasp of SEO, PPC and digital campaigns
Confident leading client meetings and updates
Solid working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools
Skilled in in-depth reporting and analysis
Used to working with KPIs and tracking results
Excellent Organisational Skills
