Job Description

My client is a vibrant consumer-focussed start up with a fantastic track record and ambitious plans. They are looking for a brand new CRM Executive to plan and deliver data-driven marketing, retention and lifecycle initiatives that keeps customers supported

With access to in-depth customer data and insights, you'll be mapping customer journeys and creating highly targeted, personalised email campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating seasonal newsletter-style emails at key moments in the year. You’ll work across teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led, well-timed and relevant to each individual recipient using a leading cross-channel automation tool

Your role will involve:

  • Designing and planning customer journeys to support onboarding, programme continuation and long-term retention grounded in customer insights

  • Writing, briefing and optimising personalised, triggered email content tailored to customer needs and lifecycle stage

  • Using behavioural and engagement data to identify messaging opportunities and influence campaign direction

  • Supporting the rollout of loyalty, rewards and engagement initiative and the role CRM plays in each

  • Regularly reviewing performance and recommending improvements across journeys and email flows

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing role, ideally in a digital-first business

  • High attention to detail and a strong appreciation of good design principles, ensuring all campaigns are visually effective and brand-aligned

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as A/B testing and multivariate testing

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Adobe, Iterable, DotDigital etc) and customer journey tools

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, relevant and effective email content

  • Proven ability to work with data to inform strategy and improve performance

  • A proactive, idea-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement

  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Ideally experience supporting loyalty, rewards or referral programme development

  • Comfortable reviewing creative work and collaborating with content and development teams
