A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled marketer with digital experience to join a leading organisation in the B2B sector.
Reporting directly to the directors of the business, the Marketing Manager will develop, execute and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, compiling and preparing digital marketing campaigns, tracking the performances and reporting back. Using your creative flair and ideas you will tasked with full autonomy to deliver projects from concept to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketer with ability and ambition to develop their career in a high growth, profitable business that rewards effort and achievement.
Your role will involve:
Maintaining and developing the company website. Building online traffic and enquiries and using Google Analytics to report website performance.
Plan and deliver a social media strategy to promote company brand awareness and build engagement within our customer base and to reach new audiences.
Deliver an agreed digital marketing strategy covering PPC, affiliate, SEO and CRM.
Conduct research and write content for the company website and digital media campaigns.
Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns and other activities including email, promotions, customer questionnaires and report progress and ROI on a regular basis.
Monitor and report competitor activity.
Manage marketing spend and revenue in line with budgets.
Work with designers/creative agency on display campaigns.
Social media, Web analytics and reporting.
Working with design teams to create striking artwork.
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Previous experience in a similar marketing role
Able to demonstrate a successful record of:
Maintaining and improving a brochure website in a B2B company.
Building a social media presence
Delivering ROI on marketing spend
Planning, implementing and reporting a successful digital marketing communication strategy
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills.
HTML / Adobe Suite software including Photoshop experience a plus, but not essential.
Experience in one or more of the following: Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO or Google AdWords
Excellent content writing skills
Photography skills
Excellent editing and optimising skills - you will need to be able to devise and edit online content.
The ability to digest and analyse results and suggest improvements.
