Job Description

A great responsibility has arisen for an office manager to join a small, yet well established and growing company in the financial services sector.  This is a crucial role to ensure the smooth operational running of the business office.

Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the delivery of general office administration

  • Diary management and taking bookings

  • Providing operational advice and support on business areas, where appropriate, to ensure high levels of quality are achieved throughout the business

  • Ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet business aims and objectives

  • Managing training and development to ensure the potential of individuals is achieved

  • Managing the performance and development process to ensure consistency across the business

  • Overseeing the provision of finance administration (fee & income Reconciliation) to support business needs

  • Overseeing the provision of IT administration to support business needs

  • Leading and supporting business projects to improve current practices

  • Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets

  • Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Previous experience in a similar office manager / administrative role.

  • Experience in diary management is essential

  • Experienced in MS Office
