Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a young, successful company with a fantastic growth trajectory. Ideally suited to someone with a couple of years’ experience in a creative CRM role, or within wider marketing who wants to specialise in CRM. You will be given full training on their brand new CRM platform and will be joining a friendly, supportive and highly skilled team who will help you develop your skills and career in CRM

Your role will involve:

  • Working closely with the CRM Executives, Marketing Manager and wider marketing team

  • Assisting in setting up and scheduling CRM campaigns using templates and audience segments

  • Ensuring all campaigns are checked and approved before sending

  • Coordinating day-to-day communications in line with the content calendar

  • Reporting on campaign performance, sharing ideas for future improvement

  • Helping source, brief, and curate content for CRM campaigns

  • Supporting with uploading and editing copy, banners and imagery in the CRM platform

  • Creating emails using existing content blocks and templates

  • Supporting data and audience setup for campaigns and automated journeys

  • Helping manage and update comms schedules, trackers, and documentation

  • Logging and tracking campaign activity

  • Assisting with special projects such as product launches, pricing changes, and retention campaigns

  • Proofing, testing, and ensuring sign-off for all campaigns prior to deployment

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or CRM support

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Interest in customer communication, retention, and lifecycle marketing

  • A good eye for design and copy accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and learning by doing

  • Ideally basic HTML and/or email editing skills

  • Experience with content planning and scheduling would be useful, as would confidence using email/CRM platforms (e.g. Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, DotDigital, or similar)

  • Skills in content creation or copywriting would be advantageous
