A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled digital marketer, ideally with account management experience, to join an exciting full-service marketing agency who work with clients in the fashion and tourism sectors
As an Account Manager the primary responsibilities will involve collaboration with the wider team to help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are being met
Your role will involve:
Client Account Management: Become a key contact for clients over a period of time, supporting the team to manage all aspects of the client’s account, including building and maintaining strong relationships.
Digital Marketing: Both strategic and hands on experience is required. Ideally SEO, PPC, Google ads, website management, email marketing and social media - setting up and management of Paid Social Media campaigns.
Project Management: Be fully involved with and help oversee all aspects of advertising campaigns from start to finish.
Team Management: Work closely with other members of the account team, to ensure that all aspects of client accounts are being managed effectively.
Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop advertising strategies that align with their business objectives. This involves conducting research, analysing data, and developing creative briefs.
Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budgets for advertising campaigns and provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance.
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Digital marketing skills: SEO, Paid Social, website management
Analytical experience - Google analytics
Excellent communication skills
Account / Project management experience - ideally agency experience
Client management
Team player
Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
