My client is a leader in their field with a great track record of success, and is now looking to build on this with a new Head of Marketing
They are seeking a hands on, data-driven and digital-first Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function, drive measurable growth, and take ownership of both strategy and execution across campaigns and channels and manage one Marketing Executive
Your role will involve:
Developing and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
Taking a hands-on approach in planning, launching, and optimizing digital and offline campaigns
Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of analytics, creativity, and results
Using marketing and performance data to allocate budgets effectively, focusing on channels delivering the highest ROI, effectively managing a large PPC budget
Collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales, business growth, and revenue targets
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Proven experience in a hands-on marketing leadership role, managing both strategy and execution
Expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, marketing automation, and campaign optimization
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and allocate budgets effectively
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity directly to lead generation and revenue
Experience managing teams and external agencies while being comfortable executing day-to-day marketing activities
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
