They are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Strategist with insatiable curiosity about the world around them
Your role will involve:
Developing and shaping insightful, simple and compelling brand plans and campaigns grounded in real-world thinking
Bringing clarity and direction to work, playing an active role in creative ideation
Inspiring team mates throughout the agency to think and do differently
Helping turn sharp thinking into culturally relevant ideas, getting under the skin of a brief
Contributing ideas as well as helping refine and land them
Using your willingness and enthusiasm to roll up sleeves and dive into every project, challenge and task that comes your way
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
Strong agency strategy experience
Sharp ability to interrogate client briefs, diagnose the real business problem, constraints, and success measures before work begins
Strong strategic thinking, building clear, evidence-led direction from brand, audience behaviour, category dynamics, and cultural insight
Experience applying behavioural science to shape propositions, messaging, choice architecture, and activation mechanics
Instinct to define a single-minded strategic thought that inspires creative teams and gives them confident guardrails
Confidence leading activation planning and channel strategy
Test-and-learn mindset, ability to build measurement and learning plans that define what success looks like and how insights will inform future work
