Operations Manager – Construction

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in the construction industry, you will be working closely with the MD, overseeing a team of Project Managers.

Location Essex (with travelling to various sites)

Responsibilities

· Daily management of Project Management Office
· Maintain and motivate the team
· Responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations
· Allocate resources to manage client’s expectations
· Over see budgets and financial administration
· Liaise with client services team
· Ownership of Health and Safety
· Plan schedules and workloads
· Ensure all delivery times are met

Skills Required

· Experience in the construction industry Princes 2 /CSCS card
· Ideally residential and fit out experience
· Great management skills
· To be well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
· Ability to build relationships at all levels
· Previous experience with budgets and financial administration
